Mitchelmore Engineering Company (Meco) was contracted by Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) to procure remedial design for shore revetment / breakwater located on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore.  The existing structure experienced damages during hurricane Juan in September of 2003 that precipitated concern about functionality for future events.
